Revenue Operations Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in leading and building our tooling stack. In this key position, you will leverage your expertise in revenue operations to make our tooling stack a differentiator, contributing significantly to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing revenue data, optimizing CRM operations (specifically HubSpot), and collaborating cross-functionally to implement and enhance key business systems.
- CRM Optimization: Oversee and optimize CRM operations, specifically HubSpot, ensuring seamless process execution across marketing, sales, service, and finance.
- Operational Processes: Develop and improve operational processes related to revenue generation, including sales operations, pricing, and contract management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and accuracy of revenue-related data, ensuring proper integration with other systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to revenue operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and C-level executives to analyze and report data for strategic decision-making.
- Lead to Cash Process: Understand the full lead to cash process and ensure its efficiency.
- Sales Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, covering technical, financial, and process-related aspects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations or related roles is a must.
- Proficiency with HubSpot as CRM software.
- Prior experience in the B2B SaaS space is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM data schemas and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales strategies, coupled with technical skills and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and work collaboratively towards common goals.
- Experience creating scripts with Python to develop efficient and effective solutions – Advantage
We are looking for a Security Researcher to join our research team who will be in charge of researching and exploiting vulnerabilities in ways the biggest cloud platforms provide access to non-human identities.
You will be:
- Understanding non-human and 3rd-party entities’ authentication protocols and technologies in large cloud providers while searching for vulnerabilities and logical issues.
- Deepening the knowledge of authentication, authorization, and data access methods in order to improve Astrix’s static and dynamic analysis of 3rd party risk.
- Thought leadership & market education – Writing research blog posts and updates and speaking opportunities at conferences.
- Relevant experience from IDF service in a technological unit and industry experience as a security researcher.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Experience with oAuth – A must
- Experience with web vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, etc.
- Certificates in web cyber security – Advantage.
- Must be motivated, independent, and can-do attitude.

We are looking for an experienced and talented DevOps engineer to join our core R&D team – A challenging and rewarding position that combines a lot of responsibility and tight collaboration with the R&D, Product, and CS teams to deliver significant value at the pace of a startup.
We are building a modern SaaS multi-tenant product on AWS and GCP, while embracing modern technologies and microservices architecture. This includes: React, Node.js, Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Databricks (Spark), GraphQL, Serverless, and Kubernetes. All these provide interesting challenges, so far shared between our core developers. In order to continue growing, we are looking for a dedicated DevOps leader to join us.

Senior Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a talented sales manager to build and lead Astrix’s sales development. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and hunt relevant prospects. You will be:
- Be the first point of contact for new prospects – qualify and determine the next steps for each prospect.
- Develop outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
- Connect with inbound & outbound prospects and manage all prospect’s interaction and communication with Astrix.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- 2-3 years of hands-on sales development experience in cyber startups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have experience using both HubSpot and Salesforces, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar prospecting applications
- Able to clearly report on sales development pipeline KPIs using analytics tools
