We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Team Lead to join our team at Astrix Security.

About this role

  • You’ll recruit, build, and lead a team of 5–7 Strategic Sales Reps in a defined territory, cultivating talent and shaping the future of our sales organization.
  • You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to consistently overachieve aggressive sales goals.
  • From lead generation to closing, you’ll manage the full sales ecosystem — bringing in new logos, expanding existing relationships, and building long-term strategic value.
  • You’ll collaborate with the VP of Sales and the broader leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role with massive growth potential. If you’ve got it – we want it.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing strategic sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Deep experience selling through security-focused channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals (Fortune 1000).
  • Experience managing a sales steam at an early-stage startup.  
  • Background in SaaS sales, especially in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC methodology and pipeline development best practices.
  • Strong ability to open new accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel on a national basis. 
  • Experience in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning domains – Advantage
