Senior Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced backend developer who thrives on challenges and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional value. You’ll work alongside Product, CS, and R&D teams, ensuring our platform is built with the latest technologies, scalability, and security in mind.

• Own the backend: Take full ownership of backend development, building reliable, scalable, and secure systems that drive core functionality for our cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Product, and Customer Success — to build and deploy features that deliver real value to our users.
• Leverage modern technologies: Use a modern tech stack that includes Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native solutions on AWS and GCP to deliver innovative solutions.
• Microservices architecture: Work in a microservices environment, developing APIs and services that are highly available, resilient, and optimized for performance.
• Drive technical excellence: Play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our platform’s backend architecture, scalability, and security while ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Innovate continuously: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, exploring and integrating new tools and techniques to enhance platform capabilities and improve the customer experience.

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development, with a proven track record of solving complex software challenges in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and GraphQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and familiarity with modern cloud-native tools and architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, building scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems.
• A strong “get things done” attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality software directly impacting the business and its customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment and eager to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing backend systems.
