Head of Product Design

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product Design to lead and shape our product design from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision with deep craft, and build outstanding user experiences in a company driven by innovation, velocity, and design excellence.

You’ll join us at an early and impactful stage, helping define the product and design culture in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with a passionate, high-caliber team across product and engineering, building tools for users who deeply value quality, speed, and clarity.

• Own and drive the end-to-end product design strategy, execution, and evolution.
• Lead by example — design key product flows and interfaces yourself.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to boost ideation, prototyping, and content creation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Define and elevate our design processes, tools, and standards.
• Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with designers, with a path to grow and lead the team as we scale.

• 7+ years of product design experience, with hands-on execution in complex B2B products.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and pixel-perfect execution.
• Proven ability to set design direction while rolling up your sleeves and delivering.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership, zero-to-one environments.
• Fluency in state-of-the-art AI tools and design techniques (ideation, prototyping, content generation, etc).
• Experience in cybersecurity or developer-facing platforms – Advantage
